About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full responsibility for a key internal product used to configure and manage the datasets behind our customer-facing SaaS offerings. These workflows currently live across several other tools, and your challenge will be to bring order, consistency, and a clear long-term direction as we transition to a single unified platform.

In this position, you’ll shape and deliver the product roadmap from start to finish. You’ll develop a clear product vision rooted in the needs of internal teams, lead both discovery and execution, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation. Your work will include gathering and defining requirements, setting priorities, and ensuring strong collaboration with engineering, data management groups, and subject-matter experts. You’ll also help establish and refine data management practices for datasets within the product’s scope.

This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define goals and KPIs for the product track.
  • Lead discovery and validation for major features and product expansions.
  • Ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with company and domain-level objectives.
  • Own the tracking and reporting of product feature impact.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams and stakeholders.
  • Represent the product in discussions with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather and refine requirements.
  • Support the team with day-to-day product processes (backlog refinement, sprint commitments, reviews, and planning).

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Solid understanding of modern UX expectations for internal tools, API-driven integrations, and practical approaches to data management.
  • Strong skills in requirements of gathering and documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, process models, wireframes).
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, to be able to break complex problems into clear, actionable steps.
  • Experience in strategic product thinking and roadmap development.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to development teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clearly document outcomes.

Company Offers

  • Smart, creative, and innovative environment, all within a flexible hybrid work model.
  • International development opportunities to support your professional growth.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Home office support (IT workstation equipment provided + a personal budget of up to 400€ for home workplace furniture).
  • Quarterly team-building events and even more fun and memorable moments together with StormGeo.
  • A salary up to 7900 Eur/gross per month.
