Production Executive

About the Role

StormGeo is looking for a Production Executive to support the day-to-day operations of FPM customer and vessel accounts. In this role, you will help ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with established KPIs and procedures.

You will work closely with project managers, product teams, developers, and customers to support FPM systems, deliver operational reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

📍This position is based in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily FPM customer and vessel account setups to support business objectives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all FPM customer and vessel setups are completed within specified KPIs and in compliance with established procedures and systems.
• Collaborate with local and overseas FPM Project Managers to deliver required services and achieve business targets.
• Work closely with Product Managers and developers to contribute to system improvements and enhancements for FPM tools and platforms.
• Provide technical support to FPM customers and vessels using FPM system tools.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
• Analyze FPM customer and vessel data, and prepare detailed reports and statistics as required by FPM and/or StormGeo management.
• Prepare and deliver customer-specific reports and performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver internal FPM reports and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on marine industry regulations, standards, and operational requirements.
• Participate in and support StormGeo and FPM customer, sales, and production-related events.

Core Requirements

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or a related field.
• Experience using and handling ship performance monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ship equipment operations and setup is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
