Senior .NET Developer

About the Role   

StormGeo is seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our s-Core team and contribute to the development of high-quality, data-driven solutions. You will become part of a team focused on building and maintaining core data services that power the entire organization.  

Our solutions ensure reliable data storage and seamless accessibility for internal teams, while also enabling customers to securely access their data through well-designed APIs. Main Responsibilities  

• Design, develop, and maintain databases, APIs, and data processing applications to support business needs.
• Build reusable data frameworks, libraries, and services to improve efficiency and standardize data access across teams.
• Ensure data security and integrity by applying best practices, access controls, and secure data handling standards.
• Optimize database queries, data pipelines, and APIs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
• Conduct code and schema reviews to maintain high standards in data modeling, processing logic, and API design.
• Maintain clear documentation for data flows, system architecture, APIs, and processing pipelines.

Core Requirements   

• 5+ years of experience with .NET development.  
• Experience with SQL databases.  
• Experience in API development (REST or gRPC).  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.  
• Understanding of software development best practices (code quality, security, performance).  
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.  
• Proficiency in English (global team collaboration).  

 Preferred Qualifications  

• Understanding of application containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).  
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).  
• Experience in system architecture design (Clean Architecture or other patterns).  
• Familiarity with application monitoring (logs, metrics, observability tools).  
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.  
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS is a plus).
