About the Role 

We are seeking a dedicated T1 Support team member to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support, helping them manage and maintain the integrity of their data related to StormGeo products and services. 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Provide T1 support for StormGeo products using a CRM system or by phone communications. 
  • Identifies technical issues, resolves or escalates them to the T2 support. 
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues within our systems. 
  • Maintain and ensure the quality control of client data and daily performance metrics. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client support and product offers. 
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation. 

Core Requirements 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen within standardized reports. 
  • Ability to identify common issues and propose procedural and business requirements for technical resolution. 
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible work environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Earth or Physical Science, Computer Science, IT or Mathematic related field.
