Michael Krch brings over two decades of experience in meteorological operations, specializing in maritime transport risk management and route analysis. He joined StormGeo in 2008 as a Route Analyst Supervisor, where he led a team responsible for providing analytical support to a fleet of more than 5,000 commercial vessels worldwide.
In 2021, Michael was appointed Asia Pacific Operations Manager for StormGeo’s Shipping division. In this role, he oversees regional operational performance, enhances service delivery, and ensures the integration of advanced weather intelligence into maritime decision‑making across APAC.
Before joining StormGeo, Michael served in the United States Air Force for six years as a Captain and Officer in Charge within a Combat Weather Team, where he provided mission‑critical meteorological support to military operations.

Founder, MaritimeNXT and President, Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers
Mr. Punit Oza is the President and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, UK, and founder of Maritime NXT, Singapore. He is a Senior Adjunct Fellow at MPA Academy, an Affiliated Research Fellow at SMU, and a guest lecturer at several universities. With over 30 years in dry bulk shipping, he has held senior roles at Precious Shipping, Noble Group, and Torvald Klaveness. Punit is an angel investor in maritime tech startups and holds a Master's in Shipping, Trade, and Finance from Bayes Business School, and an LLB from the University of London.
