Oslo, Norway, 05.02.2026 – StormGeo announced today that it has expanded its Energy Analytics team with three senior technology hires, welcoming Sigve Litsheim, Jardar Bond, and Blazej Radomski to the company.
Litsheim joins as Head of Product Development, Bond as Senior Data Scientist, and Radomski as Principal Analyst for Modeling, bringing extensive experience from leading energy analytics and market intelligence environments. Together with StormGeo’s existing analysts, meteorologists, and domain experts, they will contribute to the further development of analytics capabilities as technological requirements in energy markets increase.
Sigve Litsheim joins StormGeo after more than two decades working with analytics, platform technology, and energy markets. His background includes senior technology and leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, Volue, Point Carbon, and Wattsight, where he built and scaled analytics products and platforms for the energy sector.
At StormGeo, Litsheim will focus on strengthening the technology foundation and driving the development of new products, working in close collaboration with existing teams across the organization.
“I’ve been building analytics platforms more or less my entire career,” says Litsheim. “What I find very motivating with StormGeo is the opportunity to combine technology with deep domain expertise. StormGeo has highly skilled energy analysts and meteorologists, along with vast volumes of high-quality weather data, and that creates a real opportunity to build new solutions where advanced weather insights, proprietary models and market understanding are tightly connected.”
Jardar Bond brings a combination of deep energy market knowledge and hands-on experience with data, systems, and analytics workflows. With a background in power market analysis, data science, and application architecture from companies like Volue, Thomson Reuters, and SYSCO, Bond will focus on developing models for supply and demand and systems that strengthen and support analytic work.
“There is already a strong analytical competence at StormGeo,” says Bond. “The role of technology is to support that work – by improving robustness, speed, and usability – so experts can spend more time on the difficult analytical questions and less time working around limitations in tools or processes.”
“I’m also very interested in how weather acts as physical driver in power markets, which makes StormGeo’s long history and deep expertise in weather a natural fit,” continues Bond. “Being able to bring more science into data science – by modeling how temperature, precipitation, solar conditions, and more affect supply and demand – is very appealing.”
Blazej Radomski joins StormGeo from senior roles at Wood Mackenzie and Volue, bringing long-standing experience in quantitative power market analysis. He has led analytical teams in Germany and has deep knowledge and experience with modeling the European day-ahead and intraday markets.
“What attracted me to StormGeo is the strong analytical environment, combined with an ambition to continue developing Energy Analytics over time,” says Radomski. “By building on that foundation and supporting it with the right technology and processes in dedicated cross functional team, we can deliver analytics that remain reliable as markets and requirements evolve.”
The new hires follow StormGeo’s appointment of Espen Zachariassen as SVP Energy Analytics earlier in 2026 and are part of a broader effort to expand the domain.
StormGeo will continue to grow its Energy Analytics team and is currently recruiting several additional positions across technology, product, sales, and marketing as part of its ongoing investment in the domain.
